Klotz BeNOL® Racing Castor Oil BC-172 is a premium 100% virgin castor oil formulated specifically for high-performance 2-stroke racing engines. The extra-fortified, degummed formulation provides exceptional film strength and load-carrying capacity for engines operating at high RPM and extreme temperatures.

Klotz BeNOL is engineered to provide approximately twice the film strength and load-carrying capacity of conventional castor oils, helping protect pistons, rings, bearings and other highly loaded engine components from scuffing and wear.

Fuel Compatibility

BeNOL blends with a variety of racing fuels, including:

The oil remains in suspension above approximately 35°F.

Recommended Mixing Ratios

Typical Klotz recommendations include:

• MX/Dirt Track: 32:1–40:1 for water-cooled engines; 20:1–32:1 for air-cooled engines

• ATV: 32:1–50:1 water-cooled; 20:1–32:1 air-cooled

• Kart: 16:1–20:1

• Shifter Kart: 32:1

• PWC: 40:1

• R/C Glow Engines: 15–18% for 2-stroke engines

Always follow the engine manufacturer's or engine builder's recommended oil-to-fuel ratio.

Important Application Information

PREMIX ONLY – DO NOT USE IN OIL-INJECTION SYSTEMS.

BeNOL is intended to be mixed directly with fuel. Klotz does not recommend this product for oil-injection systems. It is also not recommended for ambient temperatures below approximately 35°F, where castor oil may separate from fuel.
